Received emails today from Cablevision today stating that I will be getting a new modem and that the speeds will triple, and this will be done at no cost.  So apparently my speeds will jump from 35 Mbps to 100 Mbps.  I have never gotten the advertised speed (it's usually in the 20s), so we'll have to see what actually happens.  It was a pleasant surprise, though.
